So Long Dragonroom

Heard some scuttlebutt on the online internet this week that 5Dimes was going to exit the US market and that people should get their money out of there. So that prompted me to go into my GrandPoker account and request a cashout. Didn't have much optimism that they were actually going to give me the money, based on what happened the last time I tried to cash out. Actually made a good run of it turning $0 and some GPPs into $106. Figured I'd request a cashout of $100 and then still have a few bucks to play with if I felt the urge. So went through the process for cashing out. First tried to move the $100 to the sportsbook and then go through that but still no option on the website to cash out; had to request it via email. Also the only real option was to go through bitcoin, which actually isn't terrible even though I wasn't a fan of that method a couple of years ago. I actually got a pretty quick response, but it wasn't really one I wanted to see: "Our poker depar
