Got a schedule change at work that starts tomorrow so that's going to affect my ability to play online since I have to wake up at the ass crack of dawn now. So no freeroll for awhile but hoping to at least play the LOLMAHA once or twice per week on nights that I don't have to work. The change is temporary for now but will at least take me through the end of the summer and may become permanent (honestly hoping it is because working nights I'm missing out on other stuff). Hoping to find other tourneys to play in and still awaiting the opening of the Cheers Casino & Poker Room sometime this summer so will do my best to keep this blog active.

Well high stakes relative to my bankroll anyway. Jumped into a $.25/$.50 PLO cash game with some wild action after I missed out on the tournament due to it getting to heads-up before I can register (they close late registration once that happens). Here's how it went. Second hand in after folding BB in the first hand get dealt  A ♣ K ♣K ♥ 2 ♦ in the SB. Folded to me and I just complete. I figure aggro BB is going to raise and he does not disappoint, making it $1.50. I figured to have the best hand and could have come back over the top, but he's never folding in LOLMaha so I elected to just call and take a flop for only $1 more OOP. Flop comes K ♠ Q ♠ 5 ♥ and he fires pot, $3. I immediately make it $12 and he tanks. I figure he could have a good draw here (or maybe multiple draws).
