Go back to being a folding station but get this interesting hand and limp behind with it. I figure with 2 overcards and the open ender I can semibluff here. Really wanted to just raise pot but it was going to commit me either way so I just put it in. It probably looked like too big of a bet to be a strong hand (to villain) as he snapped me off with A8o. So I'm behind and that takes away a couple of my outs. The sweet 9 of justice comes on the river though and I take it down. I call that justice cause I think it was a bad call from him. Gotta respect my raise when I've been nitting it up at the table.

Matusow-esque check here in the BB with a "raising" hand but I hate my fold equity prospects here. Absolute shit flop for TPTK, but they make it so easy by just betting the minimum on the flop.
After this hand and a table change the escalating blinds continued to eat away at my stack as I was dealt absolute shit for cards. Then finally got a hand, and no first in vig needed here.

As per tournament protocol I must give away a sizeable portion of my stack in blinds and antes. Actually make it down to the final 2 tables and get absolutely nothing to work with so get blinded down to 1.5 BBs and of course gonna shove an ace. Was hoping only the BB would call and I get my wish. He had K♥4♥ so I was ahead but that's definitely an above average hand for a guy that was priced in to call with any two. I knew I was on borrowed time and even typed in the chat "nice playing with you all" prior to sticking in my last 9200.
Finished 14th out of 154 for $1.52. Played for a little over 2 hours; I want to say it's equal to the time commitment to min-cash when it was a $500 prize pool but with a larger field. I was short stacked for a lot of this and still made the final two tables.
