Grand Poker SUCKS
So I have been too busy with other stuff to be involved with anything poker related but saw that Grand Poker finally relaunched their room. I logged into my account and saw an extra $150 in there; I assumed they had given me the bonus that I originally was chasing after when I joined the site. Great, decided to make a cashout of $140 and leave the rest in there so I could still play. NO option on the website or poker room to cash out so I had to go through their ridiculous live chat. The agent made me verify my password though the chat to proceed which was ridiculous since I was already logged in and that could be a security breach. Anyway I found out I had to send an email to cash out with my acct # and amount (fine) but the only way they process cashouts is through bitcoin (not fine).
