In the freeroll tonight. Didn't even really feel like playing but I was sitting at the computer so I opened the software and late reg'd. Thanks to people being idiots on that site got a lot of my chips from two hands where I had overpairs against top pair on the flop. One hand the guy minbets into me on a 9 high flop and I shove with TT (after I raised pre from early position and he defended his BB). He called with Q9 and my hand held up. Was able to fold my way into the money after that, got shit for cards and had to shove 76 s00ted. Ran into AA. 43rd for $2.20. Played last week as well and was running pretty well until I got it in with AQ against K9 and he spiked a 9 on the turn. Ended up finishing 88th.  Not really playing much now with a lot of other stuff going on but hoping to get another live sesh in soon. This online stuff isn't holding my interest very much.

Haven't been playing much lately but got in the freeroll last night. Tired and didn't expect to last very long in this. Last week I actually played it as well and was almost relieved when I was all-in with top 2 pair and some donkey who shoved on me hit his flush on the river so I could shut the computer off and go to bed. Played the fin again today. Not as many people as last week but they did eventually get three full 9-handed tables going. Played from the start like a tight nit but actually got a hand this time maybe 10 hands in or so. Picked up TT UTG+2 and make it 200 with 25/50 blinds. I am called only by the small blind. Flop comes AQ8r. Yuck. He checks, I check it back. Turn 2, he checks again, I bet 250, he mulls it over and then mucks. Wonder what he could've had there? I think a Q calls me. Maybe something like 99 or 77? Or maybe a gutterball like a KJ or KT deciding whether he had the odds to continue. Anyway we pick up some chips there and it's a decent start. Blinds go up to 50/100 when they come around to me so basically go back to my starting stack after having to fold my two blinds. Few lands later I'm in the CO with AKo. Folded to the LJ who makes it 300, HJ calls, and then the button to my left also calls before I act on my hand. I inform him that I hadn't acted ye...

Played a live donkament today. This time the scene was the River Casino in Nashua, NH. They have a Sunday tournament called the $5 Fin. You can minbuy for a mere 500 pennies and receive 2000 in starting chips or buy-in for $50 and receive 20k in chips. You can guess what I did . Plan was to get there in time for the first hand (which I did) and try to accumulate some chips prior to the end of the rebuy/add-on period. Levels are 15 minutes and we start at 25/50. Table is 5 handed to start with but fills in by the end of the level. Four tables going to start the tournament. I am card dead and have to be patient. Lot of action and many limped pots which I'm surprised to see. But people aren't afraid to put in raises either. Got to see one flop with J2o in the BB when it gets limped to me. I flop bottom pair and check/fold on a pretty dry flop. I don't think that hand went to showdown. An orbit or so later I'm in the BB again and the SB puts in a raise after 3 or 4 limp...
