LET US GOGOGO

Haven't been as active with this as I had been hoping but did have a win last Saturday. Got in at the last minute and it was 6 handed to start and early on I had AAxx and it went all-in preflop and actually ended up tripling up. Was able to propel that to heads-up where I had a 2:1 chip advantage but got in a few unlucky spots. Had QQxx on a board of KKKxx and got it all-in and of course my opponent had the case K. Had a straight flush a little bit later but won only a tiny pot. However, I was able to take down a lot of small pots and I eventually regained the chip lead and was able to finish him off.  Played another one on Monday, was actually in pretty good shape being 3rd in chips with 5 left. Had a hand where I flopped middle set and had an OESD on a board of A74 holding 7764. Had flopped the set and decided to just check/call the player on my left who potted it. As previously mentioned I was available to enter tonight's freeroll. Here is an update at the first break: It started with other players wanting to give me their chips. Get Q ♠ J ♠ in the CO, raise to 50 (10/20 blinds), BB calls and then bets 110 into me on a Q ♥ J ♥ 6 ♣ board. I raise to 440 he calls. On a blank t urn he bets 110 into me again and I just shove. He folds. A few hands later I get JJ and raise to 60, get 2 calls and the BB shoves for 2k. I shove as well and the others fold. Guy had T8o and board ran out 7 9 9 8 T and I eliminated him from the tournament. That got me up to about 4500. Blinded off chips for the next 40 minutes or so, down to under 3500 with blinds now 125/250-25 and got into a blind vs blind holding K7o and the SB completing. I check and float his weak ass 250 minbet on the flop, spike top pair on the turn, bet 700 and take it down. Two hands later I limp behind OTB with KQo. Finally ended the stretch of not cashing in the LOLMaha. I will share some key hands from tonight's action. Tourney actually had 11 runners and there were 7 left when I joined right before the end of the rebuy period. Elected to stick with just the original buy-in as usual and did not add-on.  Within a couple of orbits we had gone from 8 to 5 which is what I was accustomed to seeing. I had just 1100 left and managed to steal the blinds a couple of times and get up to 1625 when the following hand took place. Had A ♦ A ♥ J ♣ 8 ♣ OTB and with blinds 75/ 150 the HJ minraises to 300. I shove and he calls. He had a monster: Q ♥ 9 ♦ 9 ♣ 6 ♥ and managed to flop a set of 9s. I turn a J high straight ho wever (board was 6 7 9 T) and stay alive while getting a key double up. My opponent in that hand went out soon after when shoving 87xx into a 6 5 3 board against a guy that had 74xx and got no help on the turn o r river. Down to 4 at that point with 3 paying.
